So, to explain what happened, I had stomache pains and nausea starting last friday. I took otc stuff, felt slightly better. On Mon, It got so bad I went to Urgent Care and was vomiting in there. They looked at me and sent to ER. When in ER, they did an ekg and were like, youre having a heart attack. They put me in surgery and put stent in a heart valve through my wrist. They sent me to another hospital to observe me with better heart resources. So, they had to watch me since wednesday so my heart was recovering. They put a tube from neck to my heart which was taken out yesterday. The whole thing was caused by my diabetes being out of control.

Well, the day ended with someone getting fired and causing a little bit of a scene being loud about it (during pick-up time, when parents were in the center) before they would leave the building 🙃

I slept like garbage and work is already stressing me. Pray I make it through today. 🫩

There was a mistaken identity issue involved with my Milo's cremation and I am FURIOUS. Grown people needed to be told to act accountable and apologize and stop mansplaining! Di man all brite up himself and raise his voice on me! Outta orda! Dem ppl muss not know mi have a big platform on here👀

I went to see Milo, and the doctor told me about the blood work that was done today to see her organ functions. Her kidney numbers got even worse since last week. She lost a lot of weight. Doc suggested euthanasia to prevent further suffering. I was told she may even pass before the day we have to put her down. I was able to feed her, and she recognized me. I saw a little tail wagging. I have to do what is right for her and put her needs before me. This is one of the hardest decisions I will ever have to make. I adore Milo from the tip of her nose to the end of her tail. I can not imagine not holding her again and hugging her. I can not imagine not seeing her. I feel like someone hit me with something in the head. I am heartbroken for my baby girl.😥😭

@DKAstrology My dog did not like being at any vet clinics. She would completely shut down there. When it was clear she was not going to bounce back, we just brought her home and had Lap of Love come to the house when she was ready. It was the hardest call I ever had to make.

Just got an update about Milo. She is still not eating after a week. She is still on a drip.😪😥😭

@DKAstrology Live in the moment with them. My last pup had lymphoma at 8 yrs. and went through chemo. I was so focused on putting her in a bubble to protect her afterward, that before I knew it, 3 years had passed. She beat the cancer and passed from old age.
