MIL ordered new bed @BensonsForBeds, sent the wrong base, 86 YO struggling to sort it out & made herself ill with the worry over the weekend. Her son tries to call & sort it out but can't because of GDPR. We live 50 miles away so not sure how to rectify this stress free for her!
