Unsure why another fandom is trying to get into another fandom's business like this. For context, K-MYs have been whining for days about the fact that for aespa's long-awaited 2nd full album in their 6th year, there's a bunch of featured artists. AFAIK, they're not targeted attacks at any of the artists (can't speak for everyone though). Some of their complaints were things like "why even bring back the kwangya concept if you're just going to bring in outsiders?" or "I only want to hear the girls on the album. Why can't you just do featurings on mini-albums or digital singles, instead of doing it on the full album?" Karina's bubble message was indirectly acknowledging the fact that she is aware of K-MY's reaction to WDA. So she's trying to placate the fans while also asking them to support the song. This shouldn't be interpreted as an attack or throwing shade at GD. It's unfortunate that the behavior of a fandom spreads negatively like this, truly goes to show that fans should think about the consequences of their actions.
