Just incase it helps anyone else we had to fully reset the Xbox to factory settings and reinstall everything and now working

Son having the same esp-init-001 issue on Xbox @FortniteStatus. Tried WiFi, wired and mobile hotspot. Only happened since update and other online games work fine. Any other ideas other than cache as tried that

@FortniteStatus I just connected my Xbox to my mobile Hotspot and attempted to load and received the same error again. I even cleared cache and power cycled again as well and no change.

@alan_colemana83 Hi Alan! 👋 If you're still experiencing issues after following those steps, try using a different network if possible. Using a mobile data hotspot is a solid option! Then try launching the game and let us know if you can play Fortnite. 🔄

@ManUtd need to provide some clarity on season ticket waiting lists! Other clubs let you know where you are in the queue. Our only visibility is the annual you didn’t make it but make sure you renew your membership. Having the cup season ticket was meant to help us but 🤷‍♂️🙄
