It’s crazy how normal it’s become to drop your kids off at daycare five days a week for eight straight hours, just so you can head to a job that mostly covers the daycare bill, the car you need to get there, and the house you barely spend any time in. We’re trapped in this endless loop of working just to afford a life we hardly ever get to actually live.

NPV (Net Present Value) là giá trị hiện tại ròng của dự án Tanbreez theo PEA hiện tại: ~3 tỷ USD trước thuế, dựa trên resource 45 triệu tấn REE (1% tổng mỏ 4.7 tỷ tấn). Bài gốc spec nếu drilling mở rộng resource x6 (target lên 500Mt) thì NPV có thể lên 18B$, làm dự án hấp dẫn hơn, dễ phát triển. Trên Nasdaq: Khi công bố NPV cao hơn (trong PFS/FS mới), $CRML thường tăng mạnh vì nâng giá trị dự án, thu hút đầu tư, dễ vay vốn. Nhưng chỉ ước tính sơ bộ, rủi ro cao: chưa sản xuất, cần ~300M capex, giấy phép Greenland, giá REE biến động. Market cap hiện ~1.4-1.9B nên upside lớn nếu thành công thật.

$crml Why Sage didn’t published a correction of an obvious error PEA reducing by 83% contents in valuable metals and revenue of TZ I wrote to Sage with the obvious : revenue from ore = 17%*ore extracted * value of ore and not 100% . Somebody has an idea on that ?
