@FragranceShopUK Day 15 in my daughter’s advent calendar is empty and you’re asking that I make the complaint within 72hrs of receipt. I secured this back in September. Please use common sense in issue resolution and replace the missing item.
@FragranceShopUK ordered a click n collect to my local shop to be picked up same day as I had ordered before 1pm. Got there about 5pm even though I hadn’t had the email. It wasn’t there. So I bought the same item there and then. I now need a refund on my order. How do I get it?

My daughter ordered a perfume for me 2nd Nov!!!!! Still not received order, she has contacted customer service a number of times to be told case resolved. It has not been resolved, nobody is replying to her now, no perfume and no refund!!
