@unbounders Unfortunately I can't find another book I want to support - that's the problem. What do you suggest?

@FrancesTew Hi Frances, the credit has been returned to your account. Purchases made with credit are not eligible for a cash refund. Many thanks.

Hey Unbound, you state that I can get a refund if my project is taken down, but because I used credit from a previous failed project to pledge to it I can't get a refund. You’ve had £24 of my money for 8 years. I’d like it refunded please.
English

@unbounders Maybe you'd like to correct 'If you can't find another book you want to support, you can always get in touch at support@unbound.co.uk to request a refund.' Not always!
English

@FrancesTew Hi Frances, could you contact support@unbound.com and speak to our support team. Many thanks.

@unbounders Hey Unbound, you state that I can get a refund if my project is taken down, but you don’t say that if I’ve used credit from a previous failed project to pledge to it there’s no chance of a refund. You’ve had £24 of my money for 8 years, and I’d like it refunded please

Seen a few posts recently about prep for 100wpm shorthand on Teeline for @NCTJ_news exams & really brought back the struggles I had 😱😱😱
Almost gave it up as I had so many problems with it but was lucky to have great support from @FrancesTew & @RozMcKenzie1 and I still use it!
