Tucker’s pre kick funnel is elite! Feelings are overrated in the heat of competition. Commit to your plan in the moment… then celebrate after.

Even the very best deal with the mental grind of baseball… It’s all about how you respond. A few Trout nuggets: you don’t have to feel good to play good, success can become a trap if we aren’t aware of the little things, & for him staying positive is key.

I will miss our baseball talks over cigars… Brian was always great company and NEVER complained about his health no matter how much he was struggling. He’ll be greatly missed by me & so many others. Rest easy 🙏

Absolute gold from a legend on how he maximizes his hitting work. A couple nuggets: Don’t rush your swings, have a purpose with each swing, & don’t forget the importance of seeing the baseball.
