LATEST🚨: Scientists find surprising evidence that our entire universe may be trapped inside a black hole!

@JohnSimpsonNews What a pathetic statement. Clearly knows nothing about football fans

Right then … as Ross Clark points out, the claim that 2,700 people were killed by the heat is bollocks. (Technical term) It was presented as an actual death toll. It wasn’t. It was a modelling exercise and er.… not actual mortality UKHSA found NO excess mortality during the May heatwave. And in the 2 published ONS weeks covering most of June’s heatwave, death registrations were actually 918 BELOW expected. But the hysterical headlines pushed the narrative as if it was fact. As always, question everything.

Green and social policy costs should be taken off energy bills for sure, that’s started to happen. But for really dramatic bill reductions we need to one simple thing - break the link between the price of gas and the price of green energy. If we also price control the networks, as we already do retail suppliers - and impose fixed price contracts on the North Sea, as we already de green energy and nuclear - we can actually halve our energy bills. That would align us with European prices and lift an enormous burden from people and businesses, as well as boost the economy. In one year of a crisis this could add £70 Billion to our economy. @dave43law @DailyMail Michael Gove had a book by Holocaust denier David Irving on his bookshelf. It didn’t make Michael Gove a Holocaust denier. Can we please stop deciding a murder suspect’s ideology by scanning his bookshelf? This is why we have police investigations. indiependent.co.uk/a-look-into-mi…

In his lengthy LinkedIn diatribe, Theresa May's former chief of staff whinged that Badenoch 'should be trying to welcome people back to the Conservative Party; instead, she seems to want to drive more people away'. He claimed the decision 'suggests an intolerance of criticism' when there are 'millions of centre right voters who are attracted by what she has to say about the economy but are put off by some of her other positions'. ✍️ Steerpike Article | spectator.com/article/barwel… | @MrSteerpike

I have been sickened once again by the extent to which we are being ripped off by the Green Blob.

That figure sounds very suspicious. Over the last 30 odd years the anti-CO2 lobby have used many mendacious claims, this could be just another.

Boss of Jackdaw scaremongering for commercial gain. Of course Britain is vulnerable to global fossil fuel market shocks, has been for decades now. Nothing new either in our depleted storage capabilities, the regulator allowed them to be closed down after a period of not being needed. But while 8 days of storage may sound scary, firstly it’s not - it’s been this way for some time now, and secondly Jackdaw won’t move the dial. A 2% reduction in total imports (as the article says) amounts to four hours worth of storage. So we’re being told here that 8 days of storage is a risk (exaggerated) but that an added 4 hours is the answer. I call BS. bbc.co.uk/news/articles/…

How very typical for @TiceRichard to be obsessing about Greenland on the day that scientists announce an estimate that 2700 people have died from heat in England and Wales. Perhaps he is more worried about the potential well-being of Trump's invasion force?

👎 Murdoch like Musk has decided it’s over for Farage. It’s not inconceivable he’ll end up behind bars which would of course preclude any further globetrotting.
