John was a well respected journalist years ago, but recently he has been out of touch over many issues.

@JohnSimpsonNews What a pathetic statement. Clearly knows nothing about football fans

Very exciting, for 70 years have been fascinated with the cosmos, after reading Dan Dare in the Eagle comic, way back in the 50s.

🚨Scientists have successfully created real matter from empty space by extracting fleeting quantum particles from a vacuum. Physicists at the Brookhaven National Laboratory have achieved a historic breakthrough by capturing direct evidence of 'virtual' particles transitioning into reality. Using the Relativistic Heavy Ion Collider (RHIC), researchers accelerated protons to 99.996% of the speed of light, smashing them together roughly 600 million times. This extreme energy effectively liberated virtual quark-antiquark pairs—fleeting entities that typically vanish in fractions of a second—from the quantum vacuum. While these virtual pairs cannot be seen directly, the resulting real particles, known as lambda and anti-lambda hyperons, emerged with highly correlated quantum spins, confirming their origin from the vacuum's hidden structure. This discovery does not mean scientists generated matter from absolute nothingness, but rather that they manipulated the quantum vacuum itself. Based on Einstein’s famous mass-energy equivalence equation, the high-energy collisions acted upon the vacuum’s fluctuating fields to lock energy into tangible particles. If corroborated by future research, this milestone could revolutionize our understanding of how quarks bind to form protons and neutrons, unlocking the ancient secrets of how the vast majority of visible matter in our universe was originally created. source: STAR Collaboration. Net Zero policies costing billions is a national scandal. Miliband should have been sacked a long time ago, meanwhile he is wasting billions we haven't got. Unfortunately this is just another example of the poor quality with our political elite, especially this government. To prove how ludicrous this policy is, if the UK went zero emissions tomorrow, it wouldn't make the slightest reduction in temperatures, while emitting less than 1% of CO2.

I have been sickened once again by the extent to which we are being ripped off by the Green Blob.

Yesterday I expressed scepticism about the figures of 2,700 heat related deaths. Low & behold Ross Clark in the Mail today, mirrors the same doubts, but with facts to back our stance. It appears the dreaded 'modelling' was involved in these scare stories, exactly the same as climate change scaremongering.
Henry Island@Frankdgrwhippet

That figure sounds very suspicious. Over the last 30 odd years the anti-CO2 lobby have used many mendacious claims, this could be just another.

Renewable Advocates' Battery Bet Proves Cost Prohibitive: Report climatechangedispatch.com/wind-solar-bat… via @ccdeditor Saying renewables can replace fossil fuels is for the birds. It is dawning on some folk the real cost pursuing wind & solar, with subsidies in the billions & even trillions.

@NadineDorries , Nadine, just read your Mail column regarding Lucy Letby, having taken a keen interest in her case ever since Peter Hitchens expressed concern about her conviction from day one. I have kept newspaper cuttings about her case & some of them reveal what a poor state the British, so called 'justice' system is in. Public sector managers in all departments have a policy of blame anyone but me, even using fraudulent methods as the Post Office scandal proved & many others. Another concern is the time it takes to review probable false convictions such as Lucy Letby, as guilty verdicts from years ago have been overturned. It is yet another scandal while Lucy rots in prison being convicted of crimes she never committed.

Vince, just watched your so called interview on GBNews with Camilla Tomiley regarding my special interest net zero. Erm---The conversation was all about Israel & their genocide in Gaza. On this occasion I have to agree with you, the atrocities committed by Israeli soldiers goes on every day, according to reports I have listed to on the World Service. Even lorry drivers delivering water in one incident. However I was looking forward to your excuses for supporting net zero, but you did a runner when Camilla was trying to ask you that very question. No surprise there then !
Dale Vince@DaleVince

Boss of Jackdaw scaremongering for commercial gain. Of course Britain is vulnerable to global fossil fuel market shocks, has been for decades now. Nothing new either in our depleted storage capabilities, the regulator allowed them to be closed down after a period of not being needed. But while 8 days of storage may sound scary, firstly it’s not - it’s been this way for some time now, and secondly Jackdaw won’t move the dial. A 2% reduction in total imports (as the article says) amounts to four hours worth of storage. So we’re being told here that 8 days of storage is a risk (exaggerated) but that an added 4 hours is the answer. I call BS. bbc.co.uk/news/articles/…

How very typical for @TiceRichard to be obsessing about Greenland on the day that scientists announce an estimate that 2700 people have died from heat in England and Wales. Perhaps he is more worried about the potential well-being of Trump's invasion force?

Ooh, the 'reptiles' in the Street of Shame are really going to town to sink Nigel Farage & Reform Party. After making a fantastic start to bring adult political policies back to government, instead of the woke, liberal lily-livered Left approach resulting in the highest peace time debt since WW2, Home Office unfit for purpose with wide open borders, a benefit culture costing billions, alongside the eye watering costs of quangos that is a taboo subject by the media & Westminster/ Whitehall. Etc. Etc.
Tim Walker@ThatTimWalker

👎 Murdoch like Musk has decided it’s over for Farage. It’s not inconceivable he’ll end up behind bars which would of course preclude any further globetrotting.
