@Jason Why within 60mi of SF? I propose Atlanta <> Upstate SC (including Clemson Uni). Large large manufacturing toehold that’s underdeveloped and Greenville’s had a new transit committee looking for a modern solution for some years. Also no chance of earthquake like CA.

@Jason A lot of entry level jobs that are needed by a lot of people. However this didn’t actually remove cashiers in London.
