Our supporter, Duke Al Durham is a rapper and poet from Cardiff. His poetry helps him express himself whilst living with diabetes. For #NationalPoetryDay we're sharing his poem 'Burnt Out' which raises awareness of the mental health impacts of diabetes.

A National Moment of Reflection will take place with a one-minute silence at 8pm tonight to mourn the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and reflect on her life and legacy.
