Eisai/Biogen and lecanemab will only have one chance to avoid a reprise of the aducanumab fiasco. Worryingly, they seem to be sticking to the same script in terms of releasing/presenting the full data. A real risk of lecanemab just becoming aducanumab with a better p-value.
