What you like and what your customer likes aren’t necessarily the same thing. This is why market research is crucial. Instead of relying on your opinions, you should be relying on actual data. More data is the answer to most of your problems.

An agency is a great way to see behind the curtain of hundreds (or thousands) of businesses, take note of what people are doing to win and lose.

The difference between UGC & influencing sometimes gets meshed. With influencing, it’s more important to enjoy the product b/c you’re promoting it to your audience. With UGC, you don’t have to even like the product, you just have to create a video on for their brand to convert.
