@Airgenium @RiotPhroxzon Yes, that's my point, most of us can agree that Riven scales way too much with AD, this is what makes the champion so toxic, if Riven had armor pen, hybrid damage or true damage, she could have less AD scaling.

@FraudMedel @RiotPhroxzon She doesn't have problem dealing with armor though. Thats the thing. If Riven players want innate armor pen, they have to be willing to sacrifice a ton of E durability, possibly mobility, and most certainly a ton of damage for it.

Patch 26.15 Full Preview! Belveth - This patch, we're launching a set of Bel'Veth changes that are aimed at making her gameplay pattern around her early levels weaker (which is currently very high skill skewed), in order to allow her to fulfil her fantasy as a late game scaling champion - The major changes here are making her Q at early levels function more like a regular dueling ability (4-1s CD) to still allow her to have high uptime on this skill, but also reduce just how heavily she can put certain champions behind with early invades in particular when her Q is at 1s CD - Historically, this has caused us to repeatedly nerf her when she is particularly strong at doing this, resulting in her being balanced around this capability at a loss to many of her other more core, resonant functions - While we acknowledge that there's a subset of Bel'Veth players who love this capability, broadly, we think it's paying too many tradeoffs for the rest of her audience - She's also receiving a pretty significant hit to her base stats to allow power budget for some of the other areas that Bel'Veth players have had strong fantasy and resonance with - Mainly, the major change on this patch is giving her empowered form infinite duration at level 16, which hopefully feels like a good blend of mechanics and fantasy alignment Riven - Since the release of Gluttonous Greaves + a lot of healing from Endless Hunger buffs and the surrounding ecosystem, she has risen to the top of the pack - As a light fighter broadly, she's having the shape that we think is reasonably healthy, though long term, giving her more choices in the first slot other than Axiom (eg. more durable paths as well) would be broadly desirable (though she synergizes very well with the ability haste there), that would allow her to have other modes of success that aren't just one shotting her target Morde - Morde's ult changes from last patch were really cool - However, they overshot in magnitude and we haven't been super happy with the ult gameplay after seeing it on live, losing a lot of the tension in whether or not he will successfully 1v1 them and also making Morde feel a lot weaker outside of his R moment - One of the core concepts of the Juggernaut class is that they should have windowed moments of target access, but should have on average less continuous target access than other classes (eg. lower base movespeed for example) - We think that Morde could do with more target access broadly, but through this type of windowed access, hence buffing his E

@Likaiy1 @teskedroge @RiotPhroxzon Terminus is way too conditional, and this is a lategame buff. The item still has all the same problems, very low stats, bad build path, bad standalone and the other on-hit items that it should synergize with are also too weak.

@Airgenium @RiotPhroxzon Seems to me the problem with Riven is that there is no hybrid damage nor pen. This means Riven has to be balanced around playing into armor rushing toplaners. Riot then has to compensate her with absurdly high AD scaling, so people just build full damage.

I dont think theres gonna be any other modes to force Riven to not be all about one shotting until you basically change her to not to. Not trying to be that person but thats how badly her mains have theorycrafted with her. They find everything under the sun they can to enable one shot builds with little to no weaknesses.

@OhGalio @RiotPhroxzon If you want to make him a tank, he needs higher base damages so not building full AP is less punishing. Problem with that is you're just buffing him as a support and not really impacting his bad matchups in mid.

@RiotPhroxzon I wish Galio would be adjusted towards being his primary role (tank) for once. Almost every buff for 4 years has been towards being a burst mage or adjusting his Q damage and usually through AP ratios.

12.12b (Thursday) and 12.13. We're targeting non-burst buffs for burst oriented champs (which will increase burst some amount on account of snowballing a bit more). Gwen changes lower W, E uptime and hit R burst. Sivir changes aim to give her more moments of personal power.

@1kique_ @RiotPhroxzon Its lowkey a nice buff for the less mobile assassins like Pantheon and Talon. For Talon you currently take runes to get more MS to compensate for having base MS of 335, like Relentless hunter and Nimbus Cloak/Magical footwear. People even take Phase Rush atm.

@MoleculeLOL @RiotPhroxzon It helps Nashors Tooth builds on Elise, making her more of a dps champion than a burst champion. HP and armor buff makes Nashors first item less punishing because you're more durable, which is the typical issue with Nashors rush.

@RiotPhroxzon Elise does not want to be a tank.... already have HP from NH, shadow and AR from Zhonya. Base dmg on human Q isnt enough. Buff the % or revert last years nerfs pls

@Spideraxe30 Doesn't really address the issues with Ryze, he already does high damage if you buy AP and he stat checks most other midlaners. Issues are Seraphs is bad, low range/mobility and having to self-cc to deal damage.

Ryze buffs: * E AP ratio increased from 30% to 35% * E mana cost reduced from 40 - 100 to 35 - 75

Abyssal Mask buff: * MR increased from 30 to 35. * MR per cursed champ increased from 7 to 9
