@HavryshkoMarta The fact that this was already a problem in 2019, when a much smaller part of the country was under occupation and there was no active war with constant air raids by an aggressor etc. does not make it OK now. Or does it?

@searchthetruth_ @HavryshkoMarta The law does not assume anything. The law says what is allowed and what not. Changing the constitution would beca prerequisite for holding elections. Full stop. By the way, I don’t remember anyone pressuring Churchill to have the UK hold elections during WWII.
