To be clear: the CEO Discord has been closed down for months now. @KpunToN00b never acted maliciously. He, in fact, left the group when it took a different direction. His contributions were in good faith to bring transparency, accountability, and ethical governance to Cardano.

I want to extend my deepest and sincerest apologies to @IOHK_Charles and the entire @IOHKMedia team for my deeply disparaging, damaging, and accusatory statements I have made in the past. My initial goal of starting the CEO DRep and Discord was to demand transparency and accountability, with fact-based reporting about current issues we face with Catalyst, Intersect, and the ecosystem as a whole. However, it turned into something I am not proud of. It became about theories, attacks, and unfounded claims that lacked any evidence that portrayed Charles in an extremely negative light. The recent audit into the ADA voucher sale, conducted by BDO, has shown that Charles and all of the involved parties were absolved of any wrongdoing. As a result, I want to retract all of my previous accusations of any wrongdoing during the voucher sale. I will also be deleting my account in 30 days to give my delegators time to un-delegate to the CEO DRep. What do you say, Charles? Let’s bury the hatchet and leave it behind us?

One of the most foundational Christian principles is forgiveness and redemption. The first step in achieving this is admitting mistakes were made and apologizing. Our society is sick because of social media and hyperpolarized politics. People can't step up and tell the world they did something wrong. When people show the courage and ability to do that, it's a moment for all of us to grow and move to higher ground. So I accept the apology and I'm glad that this terrible and hurtful chapter in our ecosystems history has been closed. All good things must come to an end! Effective immediately, the Cardano Ethical Oversight Discord will be abolished. Additionally, the CEO DRep will deregister after 30 days. If you are delegating, please delegate to another DRep. Thank you for all of your support during the past 6 months. The FRED movement, today, ceases to exist.

Haven't received a response to this and there is clearly confusion within the community soooo lets clear it up.. @dannyribar @krissbaird @Catalyst_onX Quadratic voting is being tested but it will not impact the outcome of this round. Correct or incorrect?

I need to warn the community because I love Cardano. In the years, we have seen the worst scams coming from projects with undoxxed teams and missing company setup. Most of the time they put a frontman but behind the scene they are always the same grifters. Additionally, you need a proper legal setup for your company and a legal entity DAO for any project token created. Without these elements, we have the perfect receipt to be scammed more and extract more money from the ecosystem. Be careful.
