@CoachBraine To me it says a lot of a person stands first in line. Not afraid of failure and wants to compete. Two important key factors for success in my opinion.

5) Don’t be last in line for drills or 1st in line either. If you are first in line you may screw up the drill since you have never done it before. If you are 2nd/3rd in line for drills you will be able to do the drills correctly after watching the guys in front of you. Remember nobody like a drill killer especially the last guy to do the drill.
