De-extinction is real. In 2007, #scientists brought back an extinct mountain goat & the Harvard #geneticist leading a project to de-extinct the woolly mammoth said de-extinction of Neanderthals will occur in his lifetime. Whether it’s a good idea is another thing altogether.
