📢🚨 Donc je suis allé vérifier cette histoire de “mise à l’échelle de la budgétisation sensible au genre” en Jordanie, financée par l’Agence Française de Développement. 150 putain de millions d’euros. Et pas pour construire des hôpitaux, pas pour filer l’eau ou de l’électricité. Non. Pour que l’administration jordanienne pense à cocher les bonnes cases “femme/homme” dans ses budgets. Tu te dis : non, c’est pas possible. Y a un malentendu. Et ben non, c’est exactement ça. Ils ont payé des consultants, des formateurs, des fonctionnaires à 8000 balles pour qu’ils écrivent noir sur blanc qu’il faut penser à “l’égalité des genres” quand tu fais ton budget électricité. Voilà où passe ton fric. Le nôtre. Parce que c’est un prêt, hein. Donc l’AFD te dit que c’est une aide, mais c’est une dette qu’on leur refile, à condition qu’ils acceptent nos lubies bureaucratiques occidentales. Et c’est tellement nul à chier, tellement grotesque, qu’on dirait qu’ils font exprès. Je suis même convaincu maintenant qu’ils s’amusent à trouver les justifications les plus débiles possibles, juste pour tester jusqu’où ils peuvent nous prendre pour des cons. Genre : “Allez vas-y, on va leur dire que c’est pour une grille Excel d’égalité homme-femme sur les budgets de distribution d’eau, tu vas voir, ça passe crème.” Mais ça passe pas. Moi je lis le dossier, et je reste choqué. C’est pas une politique publique, c’est un bras d’honneur au bon sens. C’est un foutage de gueule à ciel ouvert. Et ça n’est plus une exception. C’est le modèle.
