@BowTiedBroke Yeah - same for antique furniture. I tried to do a deal with a ln auction house for a great old quarter sawn solid oak dresser. He told me they can't give them away. The younger set wants Ikea - cheap furniture they can trade out in a couple of years. I kept the dresser 🙂

The crazy thing is, the older (70 yr old+) “natives” don’t like the change that is happening. But the problem has become…all the kids want CASH. So as soon as mom and dad kick the bucket, the kids (often scattered in other counties or states) sell the land immediately.
