Colorado! Please take just 3.5 minutes to hear about the more than a DOZEN unconstitutional laws that have forced gender ideology on everyone in our state and stripped away your rights. We need to understand exactly what’s been done—so we can stop it. ➡️ See full list on my website 🔗👇🏼 ➡️ Share this video and the document with everyone you know. ➡️ We CAN fix this. It starts with the 3 @ProtectKidsCO ballot measures. Vote YES and tell every voter you know to turn out in November! 🗳️

You guys, ADF (and at least 5 other law firms) just came out here and told Colorado Senators all the ways their ridiculous HB26-1322 is unconstitutional… Counselors, parents, medical doctors, casa advocates, foster parents and LGBs told our stories. And then the 5 democrats passed this bill in direct defiance of the 8-1 Chiles decision from scotus, the *people* and the constitution. 🤯 Let the lawsuits begin.

🚨TODAY!!🚨 CO HB26-1322 is being heard in the Senate Judiciary Committee at 1:30pm MT! Time to show up and fight back. You can Zoom in for 2 minutes. **Your lawmakers are thumbing their noses at scotus — and at YOU — here is what this bill does: ⚠️ PARENTS CAN BE SUED This bill doesn’t just target counselors. It opens the door to lawsuits against parents — along with schools, organizations, and practices. Let that sink in: If you hire a counselor to help your child feel comfortable in their own body… you could be sued for it. ⚠️ NO STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS Most medical malpractice claims have a 2-year statute of limitations. But under this bill? There is no time limit. That means a parent, counselor, or practice could be sued decades later — 10, 20 even 50 years after the fact. At the same time, children who were physically, medically harmed and later detransitioned? Attempts to ensure justice for them keep getting killed by CO democrats. ⚠️ STACKED AGAINST DEFENDANTS This bill doesn’t just allow lawsuits — it makes them incredibly hard to defend. It lowers the standard for proving harm and shifts the burden onto the counselor (and parents) to prove they didn’t cause it. ⚠️ CHILLS & CONTROLS SPEECH Even after courts have struck down similar laws, this bill pushes forward anyway. It effectively tells counselors: You cannot express certain viewpoints — even if a patient asks for that guidance. That’s not healthcare. That’s compelled ideology. ⚠️ UNCONSTITUTIONAL GOVERNMENT OVERREACH This is government inserting itself into deeply personal, medical, and family decisions — and punishing those who disagree. Parents’ rights are undermined. Professional judgment is silenced. ⚠️ DEFYING THE COURTS Colorado has already been told this kind of viewpoint-based restriction is unconstitutional. ❕It’s time to show up. ❕Show up for your rights. ❕Show up for your kids. Tell the legislators pushing this: WE’VE HAD ENOUGH. #share
