The Freedom Pass contact centre will be operating as follows over the festive period:
23 - 24 Dec: 9am to 5pm
25 Dec (Christmas Day): CLOSED
26 Dec (Boxing Day): CLOSED
29 – 31 Dec: 9am to 5pm

Yet the response is they have the wrong information yet I got the letter asking me to update my over 60’s. To my address they can’t seem to find?? Error their ends but I’m the one getting the stress

@ladams888 Good morning. Apologies for the delay in responding and thank you for your patience. At present, we do not have any plans to digitize the Freedom Pass. While this may be considered as part of future development, to clarify, there are currently no plans to implement this change.

@FreedomPassLDN When will we able to add the Freedom Pass to our Apple/Google wallets? It is the only card I have to take out with me as all the rest (credit cards, membership cards, plane tickets, theatre/cinema tickets) can all be stored within Apple wallet

@FreedomPassLDN - sorry if I am repeating my message sent *which I now can't find), I have not been able to cancel my lost Freedom P\ss, nor able to renew it online-as the ste freezes before I can add credit/debit card details...it did work once, but said my card error - false.
