Hay @FreedomPop, @FreedomPopHelp This has been going on now for months. Each time when it comes to renew I get this error “Code:8579301 Message: Internal Server Error”.

@FreedomPop @FreedomPopHelp You need to fix your app! Every single month when it comes time to renew, it is nothing but a complete nightmare because your app does not work. People who are using the service for free should not be forced to use this atrocious app that does not work 99.9% of the time, let us renew via the website.

@FreedomPop worst phone company ever. My son bought a sim card, because he wanted to use the new phone. He doesn't have a phone number, that's why he bought a SIM, the registration process asks for a phone number, but he doesn't have one, otherwise why did he buy the SIM?? The help service asks 3 times to put a phone number, another agent says it's for reference (step 2 in their activation is: transfer your existing number or get a new one). I told him: Nope, you don't lie about phone numbers you don't own and definitely don't use someone else phone number in case they transfer that phone number to their service. Totallly absurd and surreal experience. Beware of this company business practice. #phone #wireless #freedompop
