@thsottiaux What I love about Sol is its output quality. I cancelled my Claude subscription, tired of their Fable shenanigans, and Sol xhigh works just as well for me - but with much higher rate limits.

@Ceoz_1 @Hesamation Well, he basically got what he asked for. Still blows my mind how people hand over full access to an AI model without any safeguard. Matt was just being stupid, too. Should've restricted Codex to a subfolder instead of giving it full access to his Mac.

The Matt case is concerning, the BridgeMind one is more like, brought upon himself in an extremely goofy way. And it's interesting that to put all together what happened you have to read his replies, what it appears is that he asked the model to cancel subscriptions, somehow gave the model access to prod, and went away (?) in a no-rollback task (???)

GPT-5.6 Sol is apparently a misaligned beast, deleting files, canceling subscriptions, God knows what else. DO NOT RUN IT IN YOLO MODE, and especially not when you’re asleep.

Hurry up with the reset @OpenAI , there's not much left. 😅

First version was built with Fable, but kinda hit a ceiling. GPT-5.6 was able to improve significantly on that foundation, so it's a basically collaboration.

@goodside Gemini isn't exactly popular on x, but 3.1 Pro is still the most honest and upfront model for me. Yes, Fable and Sol-5.6 are better at coding, but for everyday stuff, I always default to Gemini.
