Open edition NFTs are garbage. MetaMask/Linea should launch a capped 5,000 NFT collection on Linea with mint pricing based on Season 1 levels. Reward actual users, not infinite supply spam. Even better: royalties buy & burn Linea. @MetaMask @mikashi @miamislice @DeclanFox14

@haiconempire_01 Damn dude sucks to hear that the builders are getting screwed… I don’t think it was malicious intent… they fumbled the season 1 airdrop with the community as well it didn’t even up being the $ amount that was advertised. (Community / Builders) took on all the volatility risk

Looks like more Exponent participants are finally speaking up publicly. For months, many builders stayed quiet, stayed patient, and trusted the process hoping things would be resolved properly behind the scenes. But now we’re hearing the same concerns repeatedly from different projects: • Rewards advertised in USD, later changed to $LINEA payouts through a private TWAP calculation • 2.5+ months delays after campaign end • Around ~50% of the originally advertised value received by many projects by distribution time • Extra support initiatives and promises quietly disappearing At some point this stops being ‘miscommunication’ and becomes a trust issue. Web3 ecosystems are built by communities and builders first. Once that trust breaks, recovery becomes very difficult. And this is exactly why so many builders, users, and communities slowly left Linea after launch. Tag the projects/builders involved below so people can hear directly from those who experienced it. @LineaBuild @DeclanFox14 @Alain_Ncls @LeChiffre we need answers to this.
