@FrenchCCHS Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience for the girls. My daughter hasn’t stopped talking about it. So much packed into 5 days. A trip to remember ❤️ Nelly and I really appreciate all the planning and hard work that the teachers put into this.

The day ended in Arromanches les bains where we relaxed and ate pancakes and ice creams by the beach

The Memorial museum is incredible

We visited Caen today and the Musée des Beaux Arts

Most students preferred the apple flavoured caramel, typical of Normandy but there were so many flavours to choose from !

The French department is away again! Quick stopover in picturesque Honfleur before heading to the château

Anyone for ice cream??? The range of sorbet flavours is astounding at Fenocchio, Nice’s oldest and most famous master glacier. They even had a cactus flavour !

Our musicians and artists were very impressed with the 17th century baroque Lascaris palace and its collection of rare instruments and ornate ceilings
