Vraiment, si je ne connaissais pas le nom du cabinet d’avocats qu’ils ont mandaté, je penserais que c’est du trollage. La lettre est beaucoup plus courte que la première – juste une page et demie suivie de pièces à conviction. Cette fois, ils sont contrariés par l’introduction de #BecomingBrigitte parce qu’ils prétendent que j’ai sous-entendu qu’ils ont assassiné un journaliste. Evidemment, je n’ai rien dis de tel. Vous remarquerez que dans ma dernière correspondance avec eux, je leur ai adressés une liste de questions simples par oui ou par non comme « Brigitte Macron a-t-elle donné naissance à 3 enfants » avec la promesse qu’après leur réponse, nous diffuserions la vérité. Ils ont refusé de répondre à TOUTES les questions posées pour clarifier le sexe de Brigitte, et ont ignoré notre proposition d’aller en France pour interviewer Brigitte afin d’enregistrer ses réponses. Au lieu de cela, le couple a choisi d'inclure des exemples risibles de tweets récents qui les offensent, comme celui de @AGDugin faisant référence à Brigitte comme étant une Néandertalienne qui, malheureusement pour eux, ne sera pas passible de poursuites aux États-Unis. Ils ont réduit le bureau de l'Élysée à une parodie. À présent, j'imagine que leur équipe juridique reconnaît que Brigitte est en fait née de sexe masculin biologique, car sinon, pourquoi ne pas simplement mettre un terme aux rumeurs en répondant par oui ou par non à des questions ? L'objectif de la lettre, qui a été envoyée par courriel hier soir, est de mettre un terme à la série #BecomingBrigitte. Malheureusement pour eux, nous la poursuivons aujourd'hui. BREAKING NEWS: Emmanuel and Brigitte Macron has sent me ANOTHER strongly worded legal letter. Truly, if I did not recognize the name of the law firm they have employed, I would be convinced I was being trolled. The letter is much shorter than the first— just a page and a half followed by exhibits. This time, they are upset about the #BecomingBrigitte introduction because they claim I implied they assassinated a journalist. Of course, I did no such thing. You will note that in our last correspondence with them, we gave them a list of simple yes or no questions like “did Brigitte Macron give birth to 3 children” with a promise that upon their response, we would broadcast the truth. They declined to answer ANY of the questions offered to clarify Brigitte’s gender, plus ignored our offer to fly to France to interview Brigitte to get her responses on record. Instead, the couple chose to include laughable exhibits of recent tweets they are offended by, such as one from @AGDugin referring to Brigitte as a Neanderthal which, unfortunately for them, will not be actionable in the United States. They have reduced the office of the Elysees to parody. By now, I would imagine their legal team recognizes that Brigitte was in fact born a biological male, because why else would one not simply put an end to the rumors by answering yes or no questions? The goal of the letter, which was emailed yesterday evening, is to stop the #BecomingBrigitte series.
