French Around the World in Year 4! We enjoyed asking for Belgian waffles in French and researching the country! @GaskellPrimary

5H and 5P had a video call with their penpals in Geneva and each school sang a song and all of the children introduced themselves to one another.

5H and 5P have received letters from their penpals in Geneva, Switzerland. They are very excited to send their responses!

5H have been playing a card game to understand 'To have or have not in French'. They ask their team mates for a classroom object that they need to complete their set. The person they ask must respond saying that they either have the item or do not have it.

@GaskellScience @GaskellHistory @GaskellScience In groups, Year 5 weighed and measured out all the ingredients we needed. We then followed the recipe instructions, creating mini patties of the mixture and putting them on the baking tray, ready for the oven #WW1 #soldierbiscuit
