The long weekend brings lots of discharge challenges for our occupational therapists. Using their 'Grand OT Round' system, they have been able to plan and prepare for discharges from four wards in 10 minutes, saving 100 minutes of therapy time. Excellent teamwork👏💚 @theRCOT
