Magda is the daughter of Dr. Ahmed Elkadi, identified as the national “General Mas’ul” (leader) of the U.S. Muslim Brotherhood in the 1980s. Her grandfather Mahmoud Abu-Saud worked directly with Muslim Brotherhood founder Hassan al-Banna in Egypt.
Over 30+ years, Magda has built and led multiple Islamic schools in Tampa that emphasize intensive Qur’an, Arabic, Hadith, and Fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence).
These schools have collectively received millions in Florida taxpayer voucher/scholarship funds — Bayaan Academy alone brought in over $2.6 million since 2017, with Hifz Academy (related network) taking in $15+ million.
This feeds a self-contained pipeline: mosques → Sharia-focused academies → halal-only markets and restaurants → Muslim-only doctor networks (iTAMPA) → apps directing business only to Muslims → a growing, cohesive electoral bloc.
Tampa politicians now pander openly because crossing this voting bloc is political suicide.

Cordell Goosby m—rdered Elina Kwon and her unborn baby in June 2023 when they were stopped at a red light. Prosecutors did not charge him for killing the baby due to concerns about protecting abortion in the liberal state. After hearing testimony from defense medical experts that Goosby was "insane" at the time of the shootings, the prosecution agreed to have the case ended through the not guilty motion. @kangminlee I saw the whole thing from the hotel right on the corner, but after spending the week in Seattle and walking around I immediately knew he wasn’t going to get what he deserved. Seattle has been taken over by homeless drug addicts and the police will do nothing due to legislature.

Both the prosecution and defense experts agreed he was legally insane. That’s why the state didn’t take it to trial. He’s being confined to a psychiatric hospital, not released. If you’re mad about something, be mad about the lack of mental health infrastructure — not the facts you’re being fed by outrage accounts. Since the 1970s, state governments have been underfunded for mental hospitals needed to confine individuals like this man. Yet, you love cutting government spending, don’t you, Elon? Then you complain about the predictable consequences of neglecting mental health funding that leads to incidents like this.
