@CulinaryCrypto @darylquan8 @PudgyDaily To my knowledge the majority of Sea Urchin we are eating in CA is from SB first, SD second. I was also told once that Japan purchases about 80% of SB uni and we export it there. Hokkaido everything 🤤 btw

GMGM…. Fresh sea urchin. The purveyor I source from dives off the coast of Santa Barbara for these and they don’t get much fresher than this. I picked these up within an hour of them coming off the ocean floor. Love your farmers, love your ingredients, love your food.
