Trade update: Following rulings on IEEPA tariffs, CBP is preparing a refund process for affected import entries. New ACE functionality may be ready in ~45 days. Reminder: CBP refunds are electronic.

🚨 Tariff Update The Supreme Court has ruled against the IEEPA tariffs, including the 25% tariffs briefly imposed in 2025 on produce from Mexico. FPAA filed suit earlier this year and will share guidance soon on how members can pursue refunds. Stay tuned for next steps.
