Freshly Spiced

Panch Phoron blend is a traditional Bengali five spice. This is a whole spice blend, designed to be lightly toasted before adding other ingredients. It can be used in curry’s, stews and even to spice up a salad with some crunch and layers of flavour.

Add 1 teaspoon of your favourite Freshly Spiced Spice Blend to natural yoghurt for the perfect marinade (serves 2). They'll be plenty in the bag for another day too 😋
