Community service and card collecting go hand in hand! 🎴 Our scholars volunteered at the CollectorsHQ Card Show last weekend, helping make trading cards and collectibles accessible to fans across the Clovis and Fresno area through this fun community event.

🎉 Congrats to Sabrina Olmedo on receiving the 2026 Doris A. Howell Foundation – CSUBIOTECH Research Scholar Award! 🧬 This $3,500 scholarship honors her original medical chemistry research under Dr. Qiao-Hong Chen and her dedication to biotech innovation. Way to go, Sabrina! 👏

We volunteered with the California Central Valley Oncology Nursing Society (CCVONS) for the 1st time! Scholars were excited to help with the Educational Symposium and even got to meet guest speaker Dr. William Silveira, a Fresno State alumnus and 2022 Top Dog recipient. Go Dogs!

Three of our scholars recently completed the University of California's Summer Institute for Emerging Managers and Leaders (SIEML) at UCSD. As SIEML alumni, they will receive up to 2 years of full fee and tuition fellowships upon acceptance into any UC graduate business program.
