Heya hunnies, So for me it is officially the 3rd of March and today is a whole year since I first pushed that go live as vtuber button. You all know I like to bring a positive attitude to as many as I can, I just want to be real a moment say some thank yous and that. Sorry it will be a long read. I never thought I would enjoy streaming as much as I do. My community and I know we are very small know a lot about me and have become the family I don’t have. I wanted to say thank you to all of you for choosing me as someone you want to spend time with. You all knowing that I am estranged from my irl family because of trauma and you have given me a family that I have never had. I also want to thank @SakuraWitchVT, she is my irl best friend(only 😂). Thank you for helping me with all my health issues, taking me to all the appointments, encouraging me to do something with my life. Thank you so much. My inspiration and the person I look up to in this industry my Kami Oshi @zentreya. I have watched you a long time, I have always admired your bravery, your morals, your wanting to spend time with your friends and everything you do for us your community. I have publicly admitted my goal as a vtuber is not to be famous. I really do not care about that, just make enough money to not have to worry about living and my ultimate goal is to one day hopefully someone you can call a genuine friend. You do so much for so many people, you helped me when I was in a very dark place and all I can do is thank you and continue to work hard to show I am a trustworthy and genuine person. The day you reach out will be the best day of my life, I know it has to be you reaching out and I fully respect that. @Mirabelleart for making both my models. I literally love them and you worked so hard to make everything work with my financials after going bankrupt. Thank you so much. @Saru_Monsuki you doubt yourself but you are such a lovely genuine person. You gave me a chance to collab and get to know me when no one else would do because I was so new. To this day we still hangout and I class you as family. Never change who you are, you a bright light to so many others. @anonymous_5838 @djfindumonde I know I have said it but you both with all the subs bits and everything you continually do literally has kept a roof over my head. I still find it crazy what you do and I cannot thank you enough. Truly from the bottom of my heart thank you. The Geckos you have all been so kind and welcomed me into the community so much as SweetBear. The feeling I get when I say hi in Zens stream and so many say hello fills me with so much joy as love. I want to say a personal thank you to @damiona25Life from the geckos. You were the first one to check me out and keep me motivated to push for my dream. There are more but I will shout them out at a later date. This being my only way of meeting people in life. I will never go anywhere and I will do everything I can for all of you. You have given me things I have not before in life. Thank you all so much, I will continue to do you proud, I will push to get partner and I will show that your past doesn’t define you as a person. Your health doesn’t define you as a person. I will never change the person I am because I genuinely believe that helping each other is the way forward. I don’t know who needs this, but a lot of VTubers are sprinting to blue Twitch because it looks like “easy money.” STOP AND READ THIS!! I’ve regularly been on that platform for four months. Yes, there is money. Yes, it pushes content the way Instagram does. Yes, it is a regular commitment to grow and profit off of like many other social media the more regular you post the better, with this in mind... But if you’ve EVER struggled with body image, self-esteem, or any trauma tied to that kind of space, those wounds can reopen fast and they open HARD. They did for me. I had to get professional help, I'm not saying everyone does, but you should be warned ESPECIALLY if you're a young woman that's never done anything like this before. TL;DR Protect your mental health before your income. It’s okay if that platform isn’t for you. It’s okay to step back. I’m seriously reconsidering if I can handle it. Please.
