"Your book changed the way I see the world." This is the feedback that keeps me going. Not "I learned something interesting" but "𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗜 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲, 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝘆𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳." #neuroscience #impact

1 in 5 corporate executives is a psychopath. The same rate as in prisons. While for the average population the rate is 1 in 100. Let that sink in. This is the kind of behavior that makes people successful. Now that you know that - what will you change? #Leadership #Management

Simple beats complicated. You don't need more facts in order to make correct decisions. What you really need is to trust your intuition. Trust your knowledge & expertise. More data points can drown out the expert intuition in your subconscious. #Intuition #Mindset #Leadership

People are using this “hack” to train their brain. But is it working? No, it’s a waste of your time If you want to train your brain, find something you love, then make it harder & harder & harder. But don’t waste your limited brain power brushing your teeth with the wrong hand.

There's one thing that the holidays seem to always bring with them: Questions. About your future. About your relationships. About your career. My advice? You don’t owe anyone a detailed explanation. It’s totally okay to keep it short and sweet. #Boundaries #Career #Holidays

What I learned this year is this: When times are challenging, you have to double down on your good routines.  For me this means starting the day with exercise. 2025 was also the year in which I won the German championship in bench press! and set a national record #Strenght

I’m not a big fan of parties. So you won’t find me organizing a team dinner. But there is one thing we won’t miss in my company: The End of Year Review. What end of year traditions does your team have that you up for success for the year ahead? #YearEnd #SuccessStrategies

My 3 tips for getting through the festive season: 1/ Plan ahead. 2/ Say no, often. 3/ Create traditions that work for you and your family. I follow all all of these & I consistently spend the #holidays relaxed and able to actually enjoy the moment! #Mindset #StressManagement

“Any damn fool can make it complex. It takes a genius to make it simple.” — Ray Dalio Life is complicated enough & it's short. When I vet for experts, I scout for simplicity. If there is one thing that nobody can give me back it’s my time. #Leadership #Expertise #TimeManagement

1. Do less. There is a limit to how much pressure your brain can handle. 2. Exercise, use breathing techniques, or really anything that relaxes your body as it will also relax your brain. 3. Double down on sleep. Easy, but often forgotten.
