With that comes another Friendo Year Endo to a close. We appreciate everyone’s enthusiasm, kindness and support towards helping make FYE the celebration it is. Sincerely, thank you.
Every panelist, volunteer, nominee, musician, game dev, and more come together to make a unique experience that can only be found here. An event that is first and foremost a celebration of you, and that includes each nominee as well as all the talented performances people poured their hearts into to share with us, and the generous game devs who chose to have us as the stage to connect their passion projects with potential streamers.
We also want to express our utmost gratitude to our guest speaker and presenter for sharing their time and consideration with us.
That being said, two things have come to our attention.
Firstly, while we were under the impression that the length, content and nature of the show were communicated properly, we have been expressed that our efforts in that regard could have been better, and so we’ll endeavor to improve so all participants and viewers have a better understanding as they cone to enjoy the event.
Secondly, issues with the comfort streams category involving provided materials not being used and a feeling of some misrepresentation, have been made known. To that end we are making an entirely new reel for that category to correct the issue in the VOD. We apologize that it did not meet expectations.
Thank you all once more, we appreciate your time, energy, and support, as we endeavor to continuously tweak and improve the program as a whole for future iterations.
