PLANT FOR PEACE! Next Saturday (12th March), 12-3pm, Lucas Gardens. Insurance sorted, plants being delivered.. just bring yourselves, your gardening gloves and trowel. One of the members of our park community is Ukrainian and we want to show our support. #Ukraine #bulbsnotbombs

Apparently we need indemnity insurance to hold our planting day.. updates to follow. Organising a Friends group is not as easy as it may appear (respect to @BurgessPk @brunswickpark @RuskinParkSE5) but we will get there.

@FriendsLucas I ❤️ Lucas Garden, and my dog 🐶 loves you too. It would be good if the gated area was sign-posted as a dog park so in the summer we didn't have to have awkward conversations with picnickers about why my dog now has their sandwich 🥪 in his mouth.
