A super Nordic Walking session today in Barshaw Park. Its good to exercise outdoors, especially in the winter light. It helps regulate our natural rhythms, protects our mental health, and improves our sleep. And its great fun and very sociable!

Last night our woodland storycircle was vandalised. 4 logs have some how been pulled up - not an easy feat by any means. This was clearly determined destruction. Sigh. We prefer sharing all the great stuff happening & the work our volunteers do - image shows family forest school
