We are focused on transforming the workplace to lower the rate of under/unemployment for autistic adults. Every Monday this month we’d like to share a tip for either autistic employees or their employers. We’re hoping these tips will be helpful for individuals in both groups!

We had planned to debut the digital version of our data trees at an exciting event that would have occurred last month. Due to circumstances surrounding #COVIDー19 that event was cancelled, but we have plans for this digital version to be utilized in the future! #Neurodiversity

Recently Dan Burger adapted these trees, originally designed by Amaya Caudel, to create a digital version and here we have a sneak peak! Did you know that computer programming and visual thinking are common strengths in the autism community? #AutismAwarenessMonth #Neurodiversity

If you‘ve visited the Frist Center in person, you have likely seen our data trees up on the center column! These trees are a visual display of neurodiversity, with different sections of the tree corresponding to different responses relating to common autistic behaviors. #autism
