in response to the rise of generative AI in fan fic let me publicly say not only have i never used AI to write a fic, i've never used generative AI for anything. i don't even know how to access chatgpt. i don't know what claude is. my fics were written with my heart and my dick

Really horrific to see how prominent AI use has become in fandom spaces. But, I guess its a natural progression of treating fic and fic writers like content machines and popularity contests.
