@FrogfootSupport Boy am I reconsidering my decision to use @FrogfootSupport for my FTTH. Have been spotty for weeks, then totally down Thur night. IT logged the call on Friday AM. It is now Tuesday PM and still no movement towards resolution. No technician has been dispatched!
