"You" refers to the reader "Want" means "have a desire to do" "To" is a conjunction telling you what you have a desire to do-

Behavior didn't ask them to watch in that way, only did very minimal marketing for something that was massive and probably took a shit ton of work and effort, and viewers did as they did bcs they wanted to.
