Last day of a 72 hour water/coffee fast , pretty awesome experience . First day was tough but manageable . Considering the health benifits , clarity and mental toughness you gain , I think I’ll be adding more of these into my life . Is longer better or more detrimental??

@Ronwhileyoucan I get it. I’m dead center between Dave and Jeff in the 2022 version and it felt like an eternity before I saw it. I ended up buying it from Sanjay and it’s hanging in my house now.
