@FrontRowGrunt @Andrew_B1971 The reciver must be allowed to catch the ball. Everyone's feet must be on the ground, just like the tackle rule is now. U can't jump into a tackle, or u get penalized, same with a kick. At least a clash of people with their feet on the ground removes a huge portion of real risk.
