I've been working super hard on my mental and physical health as of late, I'm losing weight steadily, and I'm feeling happier overall. But it also comes with new struggles: - I get cold way faster - I have less energy - Tired after 6 PM - Moodier - Still mostly unhappy, which can be demotivating at times - People don't see your progress, just where you're at right now, and still judge/be mean, which sometimes can be demotivating as well, especially doing content. Y'all are ruthless in the comments 😂 But I'm keeping the grind up! I want to make this work, become happier, healthier, and a better overall person. There's a Japanese saying: "The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago, the second best time is now." It's never too late to start. You just gotta do it.
