in a @FrostBank office. I had an account defrauded of $9999. I’m trying to get the upward site account number and routing number. The “personal banker“ said that that was not part of her protocol. Would not call “busy” supervisor. I
need to file criminal complaint.

@FrostBank No seriouly like what is @Meta doing? Fraud or something? So take a look at this right. Card stolen. Replaced. New card. Somehow @Meta was still able to charge my old stolen card thats 100% canceled but somehow charge it to my new card? Make that make sense. I have receipts!

@FrostBank Holding 15 minutes so far calling Frost. They used to answer immediately which differentiated them from their competitors. Truly horrible service. They are holding their customers in contempt with this gaslighting nonsense.
