It’s good to be back in London! I really enjoyed spending time with customers and with our incredible team at Apple Covent Garden this afternoon. Thanks to everyone for the warm welcome!
Another download where management launch a new initiative for GB to fix a plethora of issues that can only really be fixed by actually hiring staff.
Fast forward to next week:

@FlaggedForDepot Sounds like my place. From 5 full time admins to me (38 hr) and a 16 hr + one 24 hr.
Phone never gets answered and causes about 20 escalations a week. No customer contact.
@DoorFlowRoad Yeah we have one (uk) on 28th August.
I’ve seen the meeting plan, to quote “it’s lite on content so emphasise apples commitment to both staff and customer experience, with higher emphasis on employee experience”
So expect it to be full of union busting
@FlaggedForDepot@fuckfruitcults Oh it’s not just us who have this rubbish.
I’m as woke as they come but not calling it walk in because it may offend people who can’t walk… 😂
No you cannot have a walk in Genius Bar appointment
I don’t care if you demand to be seen today, why dont you go ask the people waiting if they want to give up their spot for you!
@FlaggedForDepot Our store ran out of 80+ pairs of AirPods in like half a day because of it so we ended up just sending every pair to depot until we restocked.
I really wish more people were more accepting of this. Life for us on the spectrum is only difficult because there’s a neurotypical way of life society conforms to. Life has only been hard for me because I’ve been treated as “weird” or “different”
I know our leads are telling us RPO is going through a huge revamp because of how negatively it’s been received, but I can’t help but feel we’ll still be expressing the same frustrations at pulse next year too
