@Mlarcin Short non-intense cardio is good before a lift because it will warm up your internal body temperature. Any form of prolonged cardio for fat burning purposes is most likely better when performed after lifting. It’s not too big of a deal tho, just do it when its convenient to you

Gym friends, any rec on doing cardio before or after weight training? I've been doing it before as a warmup but I'm reading that after tends to be better
