No empathy from @StarHealthIns towards their customers and no reconsiderations for their cashless claims. The amount of ordeal my 71 year old father and myself are going through is beyond words. Worst experience with @StarHealthIns would never recommend this to anyone!

@ItchyPaws @StarHealthIns Have heard the same response from their multiple reps, claims n customer care teams. They denied my claim inspite of sharing all the documents plus a letter from the doctor clarifying the issues. If this is how their medical panel works, their customers are doomed.

@FrustoCustomer @StarHealthIns These people sell policies with a lot of promise & while delivering in times of need & distress, turn into heartless savages & reject claims. All they care is getting their premium amounts #insurancescam Thank you, was about to buy insurance from @StarHealthIns, won't now!!!

Despite getting hospitalized for the first time ever in his entire life, @StarHealthIns decided to reject the claim twice without even understanding my father's case..Now we're sitting "cashless" on top of a bill that's worth lacs :(
